TruX Pest Control

I called Trux after seeing a large water roach in my dishwasher. Shawn followed up with me right away, came out the next morning, explained the process, and went right to work. He even took care of that roach I had locked in the dishwasher, as well making me aware of some potential problem areas. The prices were reasonable, and I felt completely at ease and confident in the service. We are definitely in this for the long haul!!

TruX was so kind and communicative. The owner is so personable and took the time to walk me through their process and services along with answering all my questions. I am very pleased with my initial service.

They came out the day after I requested service and I immediately saw results! Spent lots of time checking my home and treating the areas and insects I needed rather than assuming and preventing what might not be there. I will continue to use this services as long as I own my home.

They honored their warranty with no hassle. Technician was thorough and seemed concerned about my issues.

TruX was very professional, helped me understand the process, answered all my questions and use materials safe for my pets! They do more than my old pest control provider for the same cost. I would recommend them to anyone looking for pest services.

I had a very good experience. The technician was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I can’t recommend more highly

TruX Pest Control has been great! The owner Shawn is very personable and has the best customer service. Full disclosure—he asked us to leave an honest review of his service after he finished our initial treatment. I mentally questioned how I would be able to rate how he did because we only needed preventative service (so I thought). But let me tell you, the next morning I walked out on our front porch and there were LOTS of dead bugs that I didn’t even know we had! It’s been about 2 weeks since the initial treatment and we no longer have the tiny flying bugs swarming around our heads when we go outside, no ants, and no more concerns about bugs (especially mosquitos!) when we are outside. So this is my honest review—A+ all around. 10 out of 10, highly recommend TruX Pest Control!

Shawn, the owner was quick to respond to my online inquiry and quick to establish the initial visit. Very polite. He took his time to examine my house to see current pest issues and treated inside and out and after he show me what was treated and what to keep an eye on. Very pleased with my first service with this company.

I called to schedule an appointment on a Monday after I had a carpenter ant problem get out of control in a hurry. Shawn came out the SAME DAY, gave me a comprehensive evaluation, took the time to explain what was happening, and treated everything to immediate effect.

They did all of this at a lower cost than the competition. We signed up for the maintenance program and termite protection based on this experience. I’m not sure how they could possibly do a better job.

Mike Dew and company were very professional and knowledgeable in all areas of their service. I highly recommend them!

We are a newer customer and TruX has been wonderful so far. Our main concern was ants/mosquitos in our yard preventing our toddler from playing safely outside. From the first 1-2 weeks after our visit we saw really major improvements already and are so excited to be able to enjoy our space with our family. They are responsive and really took the time on the phone with me to answer questions and figure out what we need!

Was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a huge ant problem and everything that was being done was explained throughly. Would recommend.

I appreciate the professional service and the particular knowledge of the restaurant industry! My engagement was hassle free, thorough, and affordable! Thank you.

They are both, the owners and operators of this business and it shows through their professionalism and passion. They provided an in-depth needs analysis for our home but kept it short and straight to the point. Would highly recommend!

These guys are awesome! They have a clear passion for the work which means they really go above and beyond to make sure your house is pest free and also looks good. I love using local companies because they truly care and TruX is a great example of this!

No nonsense, genuine customer service. The results speak for themselves, these folks earned a customer for life.

It was great. Very friendly. On time and fast service

We had our first Trux pest control service today and Shawn and Mike did a great job! They were so personable and were very thorough explaining all the services. I would highly recommend! I can tell they are very passionate about ensuring home owner satisfaction!

True professionalism. I met Mike at a street festival in which they were a vendor and saved his business card. I made an appointment online which was so easy to do. It was followed up by a phone call very shortly afterwards. When they arrived I explained my concerns and they went right to work. I wanted to wait a few weeks before I reviewed them to assure that I would indeed recommend them and I have to say, I am very pleased. They were very informative and made some recommendations & they were very personable & professional. I would most definitely recommend TruX Pest Control.

Very professional and personable team. They clearly answered all our questions and did a thorough job spraying our problem areas as this was a new service for this home. Highly recommend!

With the weather warming, I recently have had an ant problem in my driveway and along the garage and contacted Tru-X due to their great reviews. Shawn and Mike came by for an initial inspection and service and I was very impressed. They were both very professional and friendly, and educated me on exactly what they were doing and why, and promptly answered any questions I had.

Well I shopped and around and no one is as through as these guys. After I enrolled in the pest prevention plan I was confident that this was going to be a spring I would not have to stress over bugs, mainly ants. I was right. I noticed a bee problem I had on Tuesday. I called Wednesday afternoon. They came Thursday and found out it was Ground Hornets/wasps and TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS. I'm so impressed. He even sprayed....waited, watched just to make sure he got every entrance he could find

Came on time. Very helpful in understanding and explaining any issues
