Mike was so professional and friendly. Very thorough and kindly walked us through all options/considerations with lots of patience while we asked a ton of questions. He advised us of local area standards (we are new to NC and unfamiliar with the pests here) as well as long term options so we could make the best decision for our home and family.

We called TruX to start regular maintenance for bugs around the house and they came out right away. I am over the moon happy with the service that I received from TruX. My technician, Shawn, was so pleasant and extremely professional. He took the time to listen and offer feedback on the issues I was having. Our neighbor recommended TruX to us and within hours of inquiring on their website, we were contacted and they set up our first appointment. Shawn came by today and did our initial appointment and took his time to explain everything he was doing to our home. He showed us the process in which they do things, broke everything down for us and was extremely kind and professional. Within minutes of him being gone, we already see bugs coming out from where he sprayed and are noticing a difference. I felt very comfortable having him around our home and we are already looking forward to our next service with them! I definitely recommend this company to anyone in the Raleigh/Clayton area to take care of your pests. Thank you TruX!

He even took care of that roach I had locked in the dishwasher, as well making me aware of some potential problem areas. The prices were reasonable, and I felt completely at ease and confident in the service. We are definitely in this for the long haul!!

TruX Pest Control has been great! The owner Shawn is very personable and has the best customer service. Full disclosure—he asked us to leave an honest review of his service after he finished our initial treatment. I mentally questioned how I would be able to rate how he did because we only needed preventative service (so I thought). But let me tell you, the next morning I walked out on our front porch and there were LOTS of dead bugs that I didn’t even know we had! It’s been about 2 weeks since the initial treatment and we no longer have the tiny flying bugs swarming around our heads when we go outside, no ants, and no more concerns about bugs (especially mosquitos!) when we are outside. So this is my honest review—A+ all around. 10 out of 10, highly recommend TruX Pest Control!

Shawn, the owner was quick to respond to my online inquiry and quick to establish the initial visit. Very polite. He took his time to examine my house to see current pest issues and treated inside and out and after he show me what was treated and what to keep an eye on. Very pleased with my first service with this company.

I called to schedule an appointment on a Monday after I had a carpenter ant problem get out of control in a hurry. Shawn came out the SAME DAY, gave me a comprehensive evaluation, took the time to explain what was happening, and treated everything to immediate effect.

They did all of this at a lower cost than the competition. We signed up for the maintenance program and termite protection based on this experience. I’m not sure how they could possibly do a better job.

We are a newer customer and TruX has been wonderful so far. Our main concern was ants/mosquitos in our yard preventing our toddler from playing safely outside. From the first 1-2 weeks after our visit we saw really major improvements already and are so excited to be able to enjoy our space with our family. They are responsive and really took the time on the phone with me to answer questions and figure out what we need!

They are both, the owners and operators of this business and it shows through their professionalism and passion. They provided an in-depth needs analysis for our home but kept it short and straight to the point. Would highly recommend!
