True professionalism. I met Mike at a street festival in which they were a vendor and saved his business card. I made an appointment online which was so easy to do. It was followed up by a phone call very shortly afterwards. When they arrived I explained my concerns and they went right to work. I wanted to wait a few weeks before I reviewed them to assure that I would indeed recommend them and I have to say, I am very pleased. They were very informative and made some recommendations & they were very personable & professional. I would most definitely recommend TruX Pest Control.

With the weather warming, I recently have had an ant problem in my driveway and along the garage and contacted Tru-X due to their great reviews. Shawn and Mike came by for an initial inspection and service and I was very impressed. They were both very professional and friendly, and educated me on exactly what they were doing and why, and promptly answered any questions I had.

Well I shopped and around and no one is as through as these guys. After I enrolled in the pest prevention plan I was confident that this was going to be a spring I would not have to stress over bugs, mainly ants. I was right. I noticed a bee problem I had on Tuesday. I called Wednesday afternoon. They came Thursday and found out it was Ground Hornets/wasps and TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS. I'm so impressed. He even sprayed....waited, watched just to make sure he got every entrance he could find

Shawn and Mike provided the best experience I’ve ever had from a pest control company.
To say they are friendly and professional isn’t doing them justice. Made me feel like my own family member was handling our pest control.
They explained the what and why of their service, were very transparent about pricing (very reasonable btw), and treated my home like their own.
I have full confidence that my home is in good hands and my wife won’t have to worry about spiders or insects… more importantly she won’t be angry at me for forgetting to apply store bought insect spray.

The owners of this company are very responsive. I had a problem with fleas. They came out quickly to take care of the problem and updated me every step of the way. I just moved to NC so I have an apartment but when I purchase a house soon, I will definitely make sure to hire them for everyday pest control and maintenance! I highly recommend them!
