I first spoke with Shawn less than 5 minutes after I inquired about their services on the website. He and Mike came the next day and exceeded my expectations when they found and exterminated wasp nests I didn’t even know about. They are both very friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. We had a red wasps that made themselves at home in one of our bathroom vent/exhaust and they were getting into our house and into our little one’s bathroom. We needed someone to come out asap and help us find the nest. We found Greenx on Google online, after trying to contact another company who just didn’t seem to care about the urgency of our extermination need. Shawn and Mike were at our house the soonest they could come out, and were so helpful and excellent to work with. They offered great pricing, found the wasps, and applied a treatment to get rid of them instantly. It was all very satisfying. They provided a successful service and a top tier customer experience. The service was excellent! What a great company! I inquired on Angie’s list and immediately received a phone call. I explained the ant problem I had and they said they would get out to me as quickly as possible. Within an hour Shawn, one of the owners, was there to look over my property and make his assessment. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Every question I asked was answered promptly and professionally. Shawn really knows his pest control. Within another hour he had completed the service and walked me around the property to explain what and how he did it. I highly recommend greenx for all your pest control needs!!!!

Greenx was amazing. Shawn and Mike came out and were awesome! We’re new to North Carolina and they took time to answer all our questions about fire ants, spiders, termites and mosquitoes. They explained their services and we were very happy with what they offer and the price was affordable! Excellent customer service! So happy we found them!

Let’s just say Shawn Murphy was a breath of fresh air. Our son was dealing with some issues with beetles in his car since he graduated from ECU. We tried all the natural remedies to eradicate them. Nothing worked. Contacted Shawn and he came the same day after hours. Extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable about what was going on (couldn’t get that with anyone we spoke with OR come out here). Today it’s so hard to find anyone with these kinds of customer service skills. We are still working on it but definitely under control. I would definitely recommend him and his company.

Greenx found a lot of insects and especially many black widow spiders I was unaware of on my property. They did a great job terminating all insects, the excessive amount of ants we had, as well as the spiders. Very professional, on time, and thorough. I have them coming every season to respray to ensure my yard is safe and bug free for my 1 year old son to play outside.

We called yesterday and they were out at my house today to do service, very quick turnaround. Once here, they were very professional, asked some questions and listened to my concerns, and after the service was done they explained everything to me, answered any questions I had, and gave me information on how to contact them should I need them. Amazing responsive service. Called and had Sean come out the same day to do a termite inspection that another company never came out for. The switch was seamless.

Shawn Murphy is working to eradicate a minor flea infestation in my home. Shawn is very knowledgeable and professional and does an excellent job. Not only did he use a solution to kill the fleas and eggs, but he also applied a growth regulator to stop the reproduction process. If I need a second treatment, I know I am in good hands!
