Two guys came out and were extremely courteous and listened to exactly what we needed. They moved everything in a timely manner and did a great job.
I’m not sure what they make but these 2 guys definately deserve a raise.

Our belongings were again moved by Joseph and his partner from storage to our house. Joseph is very courteous and moves with great care. No items were broken or treated roughly. They arrived on time and moved things very efficiently. This would be a 5 star moving company if Joseph was the only thing I was rating, but management promised floor coverings for our hardwood floors and never relayed the message to Joseph. He only had one small rubber runner for the entrance to the house. He was not told of my concerns for the floor protection. I highly recommend requesting Joseph to assist with your move.

The best moving experience I’ve ever had, by far. From initial call to finish, the service was superb. Shout out to Nathan and Troy quoting the job efficiently and following up so thoroughly and making the estimate simple to understand. The team who did the actual move— Odonnie and Adrain—deserve props, too. They took great care in their efforts and went beyond expectations in moving my piano and other important items.

I cannot attest to the professionalism and specialized knowledge of all of the team members, but I can tell you with a high degree of confidence that if you are fortunate enough to get Paul and Bob as your team, you and your belongings are in good hands. Scratch that, great hands. Foresight, mindfulness, and not just experience, but obviously good experience. Upper management was on par with everything promised. Overall, we had a great experience.

The communication from the beginning was amazing. They are upfront with their pricing which is very nice. Showed up on time. Went above and beyond for us. We are truly greatly for an awesome experience and will refer and be using True Friends again!

This is my second move using True Friends. Sam and Joseph were great! They communicated their arrival time well so I was ready for them. They took great care with all of my belongings and took the time to make sure everything was set perfectly. They were super fast as well! Thank you Sam and Joseph!!

I have used True Friends several times for company apartments. They never disappoint. Very professional, courteous, and always on time. I like that they keep you posted throughout the whole process as well.

My calls to set up our move were with Chris and Emerson, and they were warm and professional, encouraging me to reach out to them with any questions prior to moving day. They sent emails that were helpful in preparing for the move. On moving day we had the excellent team of Donald, Andrew and Damon. They were friendly, efficient and just exceptional in every way. They treated our belongings as they would treat their own. True Friends were the best from start to finish!

Jerry and Ron were excellent-very friendly, hard-working and very good at packing everything in a way that would keep our belongings safe. We highly recommend.
