Jacques & Donald were excellent and treated me with the upmost kindness and professionalism during the entire move! They were super accommodating and met my ever request. They were quick and efficient and extremely careful to not damage walls in my newly built home (this was important to me). They assembled my furniture well and I made me aware of any damage they noticed prior to the start of the move. I felt the price was comparable for the service and great job they did! I would definitely use True Friends in the future!

I am writing this review for my mom because she doesn’t have a Facebook. She had nothing but amazing things to say about the moving company and the two gentlemen who helped get all of her stuff moved. Andrew and Charles were nothing but polite, hardworking, and graciously took apart my moms furniture and then put it back together again at the new house. My mom says, “Thank you so much Andrew and Charles!”

I'm a 2nd time customer of True Friends and can say I even more pleased I used them the second time around even though the first time went flawless. Joseph and Damen communicated with me during the entire move. Coordinating what was going in our storage pod and what they were moving to our temporary housing. If Joseph and Damen are available when our house is built in 6 months, I will definitely use them again.

Had to move one state over, and they turned out all around on two days.

The men that helped with this New Years Eve move were fantastic. Never stopped until all items were out of one and into the other.

I had an excellent experience with Paul and Jason! It took longer than I anticipated, but they worked hard and fast the whole time. (I guess I just have too much stuff!) Paul is definitely a professional at this - he knows what he’s doing! I didn’t have one item scratched or damaged, and they were very friendly and helpful.
