For the most part, things went well. The guys were super polite and kept a smile on their faces despite the heat and how long it took. Now my issue is that not everything fit in the truck, so if I had been moving more than 30 min away, I would have been in a terrible predicament. I had someone do several trips back and forth later that night and then the next day I had to pay someone to get the rest of the stuff. The movers tried their best to fit things, but maybe a video of a house would help plan better. I did have dirty hand prints on furniture and walls, but I was able to clean those off. I just didn’t experience any of this with my previous move from another state.

Brett and Tacola did a phenomenal job unloading two large trucks in record time to beat a rain shower. They were very careful with moving items and made sure they didn’t damage any walls or floors. There was a small hiccup with scheduling but ultimately everyone responded quickly and accomplished the job as promised.

The team of Brett, Tacola and Devonta were amazing.. They worked hard, fast, and friendly. So glad they were the team that True Friends sent us. We had lots of heavy furniture with lots of glass and they were so careful! The move was very smooth.

They showed up early on move day and we’re very efficient. I also could tell that they actually cared about all of my boxes and furniture - so much so that nothing got broken or damaged. The quote I received before the move was also spot on. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely choose them again!

Had a great experience with True Friends! Everything was well organized from the communication with their scheduling staff, with the movers, and with the completion of our move into a storage unit. Even with the heat and humidity, our guys kept trucking! Definitely plan to use True Friends in our move from storage to the new house!

Excellent service from the start, beginning with Chris Knowles contact and followup phone calls and emails and ending with my daughter and I hugging Jason and Chris A at the very end of the move.
Jason and Chris A barely stopped for a break, and one time when I went to them while they were on break, to tell them something, they were apologetic for stopping! They were like machines, constantly moving and hauling.
Everything arrived in perfect condition -- everything was on time -- they were very polite and forgiving when I forgot things twice.

Such a great moving experience. My movers were Martin & Damion who were both fantastic! My original movers bailed and True Friends was able to accommodate me even with such short notice. Martin & Damion were timely, communicative, so kind, and very efficient/quick (without sacrificing quality). They quickly dissembled furniture, carefully wrapped my items, and thoughtfully packed items into both their truck and my next location. I would absolutely recommend them, in particular Martin & Damion, without any reservations!

The team headed by Brandon killed it. They worked hard over a very long day, through rain, heat, and many many stairs. They dealt with all hiccups professionally and cheerfully.

Our third time using true friends movers in 3-4 years. They’re the best. They make a hard task easier. We will use them again, I’m sure!
