Kyle and Marcelle were tasked with a very long walk and multiple flights of stairs with heavy items and didn’t once complain. They were very professional and knocked out everything I needed quickly. I’ll definitely use True Friends Moving again in the future.

Kyle and Brandon did a great job helping me move. Everything was boxed up efficiently, and nothing was broken during the move. They took direction well and we’re very accommodating to my needs.

We have used True Friends for 3 moves and have been more than pleased each time. Brett and Devontay were great - very courteous and professional. They moved a three bedroom house including a 800 lb safe in record time. We could not have asked for more.

Jacob & his crew were awesome!! He went over everything with us before they started, and then they loaded it up -- all wrapped and very carefully handled. All three were very courteous and pleasant -- I never heard a single grumble or complaint. They unloaded fast and put everything where we asked them to put it -- even separating marked boxes to different rooms. We've moved many times, but this move with True Friends was the most stress free we've had!!

In reference to my God mother's senior move. Easy scheduling, Great communication, Professional appearanced staff with positive attitudes. Adequate, Clean, Professional, looking truck for the job. Had a very positive experience all around with True Friends moving. We had some tricky timing issues and our contact worked with us through several unexpected changes. Only thing I would suggest is that you have a representative walk your property before final decision is made as to number of trucks needed and personnel sent on moving day. We had to have a additional truck sent on move day that slowed the process a bit. The moving team was excellent. Jacob, Jodiah, Kyle, Adrian and Andrew worked industriously to load and unload trucks despite tremendous heat and lots of stairs. They were polite, appreciative of water, Gatorade and lunches we provided and careful with our belongings. We were happy to see the same team show up that had originally packed the trucks to actually deliver our things on move in day. I called True Friends very last minute (day before) to schedule our move and they were extremely accommodating! The price to move our furniture was about half the cost that we were quoted from another company and they were very upfront with their pricing! Our movers were Byron and Dylan and they were awesome! They really took care of my belongings and notified me every time there was a potential issue. They were super careful and had excellent personalities! We will definitely use True Friends to in the future!

My regular movers couldn’t get me in on a Friday, so they highly recommended True Friends. I was actually charged less than what I was originally quoted for! The two men, DJ and I want to say Eddie?(correct me if I’m wrong so he can get the recognition he deserves) worked incredibly hard. It was a super hot and humid day and they never stopped! I was amazed at how quickly they moved (some movers purposely go slow as you are paying by the hr). I had told them how I had movers in the past damage my dresser because they didn’t secure it properly. This time I actually got a business that uses all the extra safety precautions available to keep your things protected and secure! Further more, they helped my mother and I get a cable out of the wall that was stuck and they even took apart my entire bed frame and reassembled it once moved. The two gentlemen sent to my former residence were professional and highly efficient! I will definitely request that same team if at all possible in the future.

Andrew and JD were fantastic and incredibly hard workers with our move at the end of July. The heat was brutal – but they never complained and treated us and our belongings with respect. We moved from our home into a storage facility and they did exactly as we asked as far as placement of our items. Highly recommend this team.

Our movers were late due to unforeseen circumstances –however, communication from the office could improve- would have been helpful had True Friends reached out to let me know (could have been doing other errands vs waiting at home).

On the plus side –Andrew and JD worked hard to make up for lost time. And, when I did call in for status, I spoke with the woman owner and she was very kind and apologetic – hope to work with her again.

The guys showed up on time and called 40 minutes prior to arrival! I will definitely use them again! The only thing I wish I would have done differently was upgrade to the next level so they could have packed the house up!

Friendly, professional, efficient

they were great... there is an extra 199 per hour charge you are unaware of it is "travel" time. They say your time doesn't start til they get there but it actually starts and hour before or an hour after...

True Friends Moving was great to work with from start to finish. They were on time and got everything right - and our guys hustled!! True Friends checked in with us to confirm the details ahead of time. Movers were friendly and courteous. Idk if they were the least expensive or not - we didn’t really do much comparison shopping. But they answered the phone, answered our questions, and were always friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

I hired True Friends to help with a local move and I couldn't be happier. The guys they sent were super friendly and helpful and they arrived early and got done in less time than they estimated. My stuff was treated with care. I really hope I don't have to move again for a very, very long time, but if I do I'll use True Friends again.
