After a disastrous experience with another Moving Company, True Friends was a pleasure to work with. Due to remodel delays I had to reschedule the move at least 5 times. Nathan at True Friends was totally understanding every time. When the day finally arrived, they sent the A-Team. Jason, Ronald and Fletcher were professional and respectful of our home and belongings. They communicated throughout the process, made sure everything was to our satisfaction before leaving us happy. I highly recommend True Friends for your next move.

Our movers Ladonis and Andrew were excellent. They came on time, we’re courteous and flexible. Nothing was damaged. I can’t recommend this company enough. I also felt they were extremely competitive in their pricing!

So pleased I used True Friends Moving company. Jerry and Lasana were great. They did not waist any time and were cheerful. They work very well together. Nothing was dropped, broken or even scratched. I even got a call from one of the managers before Jerry and Lasana left just to make sure I understood the billing process. It doesn't get any better than that.

Mike and Ladonis were wonderful, quick and careful with our possessions. Let’s face it, moving is stressful, but these two men and True Friends made the process as easy as possible. Highly recommend!!

We did a local move in Clarksville and Jon and Jerry were our movers. They communicated about when they were to arrive and both men were absolutely awesome. They worked very hard and took care of all of our furniture. Everything went according to plan, even with some rain thrown in! Thank you so much True Friends Moving Company! True Friends really lived up to their name! We packed our house ourselves but Adrian and Teay did all the heavy lifting. They were both extremely professional, and unlike other moving companies I've used in the past they were very respectful of my items. Nothing was broken and only minor scuffs on the walls of the new house were made, which honestly I expected way worse! I truly felt like some real friends who cared about me came to help me move - I couldn't have asked for any more! And the price was right on par with what I expected to pay. I would recommend this company, specifically Adrian and Teay, to anyone who is planning a move. Everyone from beginning to the end of the process were wonderful to work with! Thanks True Friends!

Our movers were awesome! They sent us two guys who were experienced, considerate, and fast! These guys were a referral from a friend at work and the didn’t disappoint! None of us would use anyone anyone else!

Movers were really friendly and quick. Nothing got banged up in the process. I plan on using them again in the future. One slight hiccup was about my method of payment. They don’t accept Amex, which I wasn’t told about beforehand, so keep that in mind if you do choose to move with them.

The team of Jerry, Nick and Ontario knocked it out of the park. Showed up on time and drove straight to the new house. Full move and unload done in 5 hours. These guys were amazing to work with and super friendly cracking jokes and over all just had a great time working with them all.

We had the best experience with True Friends Moving Company. Steven Campbell, Shaun Hardy and Stone Smith were exceptional. They called before they arrived, arrived on time, and were so kind and professional. To say they hustled is an understatement!! They took great care of our items and despite the heat and humidity, remained pleasant and personable during the entire day. We have several steps leading up to the front door of our home, and a two story home and despite having to go up and down with such heavy items a zillion times, they couldn’t have been nicer. It was truly a pleasure to work with them and I will absolutely refer True Friends to anyone looking to move. These guys deserve a raise for how hard they worked…moving is such a pain and they made it so easy and this part was entirely stress free for me!

I have now used True Friends Moving Company three times! I am a repeat customer and could not recommend this company enough. I used them back in February and then again last month to move out of storage and an apartment and into my new home. I have worked with Jacob, Cory, Adrian, Andrew, Max, and Troy. They took SUCH great care of me and my things and worked so hard to make sure my time was respected. Do not hesitate to hire them for local or long moves. Very solid company with very hard workers. Thank you again to all of your men who move things! Big things, too!

Very pleased. Lots of stairs, had a piano, never heard them complain, never felt like they were standing around when they could be working. They were professional and polite - would use again for sure!!

Overall good experience!! Good communication and on time did just what they said and the final price was very close to the original estimate. The only thing I would mention is that the guys really vet did it with the talk about taking gratuity’s. They mentioned it 3 or 4 times. I understand this is hard work but there should be communication early in the process about tips and then it is left to the customers discretion. It should not be made awkward at the pick up or delivery locations. Agin overall very good service. Thx

Kyle and Marcelle were tasked with a very long walk and multiple flights of stairs with heavy items and didn’t once complain. They were very professional and knocked out everything I needed quickly. I’ll definitely use True Friends Moving again in the future.
