TOP DOG TRAINING ACADEMY

I absolutely could not recommend this training academy enough!!! They are so amazing, ESPECIALLY if you are having any problems with aggression. My dog would have these aggression fits and Ashlyn and Amanda really made sure to correct his behaviors. They updated me with videos and pictures, and even called me frequently (about 1-2 times a week) to discuss his progress. They really listened to me when I was explaining my dogs issues. Previous training places I feel like didn't really listen and address the aggression aspect -- and only focused on basic commands like sit/down. I've noticed a HUGE different in my dogs behavior in the videos they sent and as soon as they brought him home. We had an excellent training session and the end and Ashlyn encouraged me greatly to keep up with everything they worked on. I feel extremely confident that I can after she explained everything so well....

Ashlyn and Amanda did such a great job with our new dog Diesel. My main concern was the fact that he would keep jumping up and running over the kids. Now, I can let him play outside with the kids and not have to worry about them getting hurt. Plus, it’s nice having a dog we can walk in the neighborhood without having to worry about him jumping up or getting out of control with other people walking in the neighborhood. We love the care and attention they’ve shown him during the training and the responses with all my questions after training are worth the investment for our family. We love Top Dog Training Academy and would recommend them to anyone looking to get top notch training for their dog.

We were so lucky to get Ashlyn and Amanda as trainers. They were true Top Dogs. From day 1, they put me at ease. The subsequent photos and videos showed Evangeline being trained while also being loved!❤️ Ashlyn responded to my texted questions promptly and even called as a follow-up.

It was great to see Vangy behave on field trips to stores and parks. Interaction with people and other dogs has improved significantly.

I’m pleased with Evangeline’s training and look forward to continuing that training with her here at home.

My dog is a new dog! I work long hours and haven’t had time to train my VERY nervous/anxious rescued Sheppard. Top-Dog’s program was incredible. Instant recalls, little to no nerves in public... a total transformation for her. It’s made our already amazing family dog so much more enjoyable.

Top Dog training was great. Tucker is now so well behaved. The training has made a real difference and we look forward to continuing to work on all of the things he learned. We believe Tucker was in great hands with Ashlyn & Amanda.

I just got my dog back today after her three week boot camp. I really notice a difference in her anxiety levels, she seems more calm (less barking at passing people and dogs, less running ahead during walks). Her trainer was in touch often and sent videos and pics and took very good care of her-- you could tell she was happy and had learned a lot. Chloe (her trainer) was always open to answering any questions and was super personable and cool. Highly recommend!

Mike and his team are wonderful!!! We picked up our Siberian Husky, Frosty, a week ago. She has been doing better than we expected after being at Top Dog for only 3 weeks. It was definitely the right choice for her and our family!

I highly recommend Top Dog Training Academy. Mike and his staff did a great job with Raggs. The videos during Raggs training were very impressive and gave us look at what was being taught, and some of the key terms. Upon Raggs completion of the class the time he spent with us teaching us how to implement all the training was very beneficial. Very glad we made the decision to go with Top Dog.

We have 1 female, 10 months old and 1 male, 6 months old, both Australian Shepherds. Chloe was our trainer the first time and she did such an awesome job we requested her for the second time. We also have a 10 year old Australian Shepherd, so with 3 dogs in the house the youngsters were a lot to handle and...

I never imagined Top Dog to be such a friendly towards me and my little buddy! Tyler was the absolute best trainer I could have asked for. I was updated daily on Ranger(my dog) with either pictures or videos. Once he was returned to me I’ve never imagined he’d do what he’s been trained! I will definitely recommend Top Dog to who ever needs a trainer for their dog!

We used Mike for our 5 year old Boston and 6 month old Goldendoodle. Both dogs came back a completely different dogS. When our boston came back we were able to take him on a camping trip that included a 4 hr rd trip! The dude has never been able to be in a car longer than 10 mins due to anxiety. Our goldendoodle is the best dog ever. She walks on a leash without pulling and I can even take her on runs. She follows all commands and doesn't run away! She was lucky enough to be able to work with Mike, Kalei, and Brandon. Thanks again! I could not recommend them enough.

Our trainer did so great working with Zoey and explaining it all to us. Thanks to all their hard work our girl can really have the life she deserves! It was an wonderful experience and would recommend anyone who needs help.

I called Top Dog when my puppy kept acting out when my family was not home. He would escape his crate and eat anything he could get his hands on at only 15 pounds. We called Top Dog in a frantic because we have never experienced this with any of our dogs before in life. The owner, Cherrie, was very comforting and caring to the fact we booked our puppy's training the same day.

Our dog attended the two week board and train program. Mike, who was our trainer, sent us photos or videos almost every other day. Also, answered any questions we had about the training. We were so pleased with everything our dog learned during his program. We highly recommend Top Dog to anyone and brag how smart our dog is now.

I needed to have my one and a half year old German Shephard trained for her basic, advanced and service dog. After doing alot of research on places around my area to board and train her, I picked Top Dog and I am so glad I did. At the end of the first week everyone could see the changed in her from the videos they sent me. How well she minded on and off the leash. They sent me pictures and videos almost everyday so I could keep up with her progress. At the end of three weeks I was quite surprised on how well they trained her for me. She is a different dog when it comes to minding. Just got her home two days ago for a little while so her and I could work together on what they taught her. They gave me all the written information I will need for me to make her proud. Just like she has made me! She will go back for a few weeks to get trained to be my service dog. We have a young energetic lab (Biscuit), so we sent her to 3 week Board & Train with Chloe. We wanted Biscuit to improve her manners (i.e. stop nearly knocking my grandma over) and learn to listen/obey a little bit more consistently. Chloe is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. She was very patient with us while explaining and demonstrating the commands. From the moment we saw Biscuit, we could tell she was well taken care of and happy. She is obeying her new commands and is very focused! Biscuit LIVE LAUGH LOVES Chloe and we certainly know Chloe treated her as one of her own. 10/10 would recommend Chloe and Top Dog Training Academy!

Top Dog has the best service and is very easy to communicate with. They take great pride in what they do and want to please every customer! Their trainers are very helpful and experienced. We’ve had a great outcome with our puppy and will be sending him back for their boarding that they offer. Thank you Mike for all of your help!

I loved top dog training because our trainer, Tyler, was so enthusiastic about training Scarlet. Tyler kept us up to date with pictures & videos throughout the training process. Scarlet had fun every day & learned a lot. She got to live in a home environment & play with other pups too.

Our dog did the 3 week board and train with Ashlyn. He has only been home for 2 days and we are supper impressed. We sent him due to being reactive to distraction, anxiety on a leash and in public, as well as refusing to hold a command. In such a short time, he has made huge strides. He was also very well taken care of, came home clean and happy!

I highly recommend Tog Dog Training Academy. I really wasn't sure what to expect but in just day one of getting Lucy home she is walking without her leash and is listening to all commends that she learned. This training was worth every penny!!!
