Top dog training was amazing. We got our dog back today and can already tell he learned so much. He's almost like a new dog. I appreciate Tyler with Top Dog and all his work. I definitely recommend everyone sending them some pups to train.

I did the two week board and train and even withing the first week with Ashlyn was like watching a whole new dog. I couldn't thank them enough, especially Ashlyn for turning my wild child into well trying boy that I can bring into public and not worry about him trying to run away. thank y'all sooo much!!

Ashlyn is fantastic. Delta had a great time at big girl training and she learned so much.

She’s been home for two weeks. I have the romba running the room, I swiffered the kitchen floor and Delta placed the whole time. (Chase the swiffer is her favorite game so I know this was hard for her).

Delta taught her human dad how to place too!

Ashlyn with Top Dog Training Academy is the Best! She made Dilly feels at home the minute they met & she kept me updated daily with texts & video! Ashlyn took my “little handful” who tried to escape every time the door opened& taught her to sit & lie down while 50 guests came in & out tonight at my dinner party. Dilly also did not lose her wonderful personality after her 2 week board & train; she rolled over for belly rubs all night as guests mingled. I highly recommend Ashlyn & top dog training academy for all of your behavior needs!

She kept me updated with multiple texts daily & a video most days. Initially, Dilly would only listen when she wanted to listen & after 2 weeks of boarding & training, Dilly listens all the time! I had 50 people over tonight for a dinner party...thanks to Ashlyn, Dilly did not run out the door as everyone came in and out, & she did not jump on my guests. Dilly sat & rolled over for belly rubs which to me was important because Dilly kept her great personality! Love Ashlyn & my new improved year old baby Dilly! I was really nervous about sending my husky off to training (hes my service animal and means a ton to me) but Tyler was absolutely amazing. I checked in on him whenever I wanted, got some amazing photos and videos and when I got him back he didnt rush me through the process of learning the correct commands. All in all it was an amazing experience and my little buddy is doing much better now ❤

Tyler and Top Dog Training Academy did a great job with our dog. We did miss having him for two weeks but they sent us pictures and videos regularly which was nice. They did a great job teaching our dog, Jack, manners and he is better behaved now. Would definitely recommend Tyler and the team at Top Dog.

Couldn’t be happier with how far our dog Gumbo has come with her training. We love how involved Top Dog kept us while our dog was away for training.

I can’t say enough good things about Mike! If you are looking to get your dog trained, Mike is your guy! He is very professional and treats your dog like his own! I highly recommend him!

By far this was the best thing we could have done for our dog. Ashlyn with Top Dog Training was the best trainer. Our dog Bentley still has the same great personality but so much more calmer and enjoyable to be around. We now are able to allow him to roam freely inside the house without having to walk behind him every time he moves. He understands and responds to all basic commands and can be off a leash for the most part outside. He is so much easier to take on a walk now that he heels. Best program was the 2 week board and train hands down.

Can’t say enough about this program! Our boy Axel has excelled! We had a crawfish boil with 50 people and our boy mingled and played outside the whole time with no issue!! Love this company and what they’ve done for our family!!

My trainer Abby D. has been so helpful in guiding me in the right direction with trianing my doodle. She keeps me on track and constantly helps me critque my methods of training.

Top dog made training Ellie so easy for me. Thanks to Abby for keeping up with Ellie's progress continuously and constantly teaching me new things.

Tyler was great with our three furbabies. He took time to make sure we understood the tools and how to use them best and worked with each dog. We had a good time and enjoyed meeting him. Top Dog is fabulous! Tyler checks with us each week to answer questions and make sure we are ok. We don’t feel alone in this.

I HIGHLY recommend Mike and his team for obedience and/or aggression training. We did the 2 week boarding and training program at Top Dog Training Academy of Louisiana with our 2 year old Catahoula. Mike is extremely professional and knows what he is doing. He genuinely LOVES animals and makes sure he learns the individual dog and focuses on the best way to improve their actions. Whereas, I have been through a group obedience class with another dog trainer with our other dog where it was great for socialization, but I didn’t feel like it focused on my dogs individual needs. With Mike, he does that, he learns the signs THE FIRST day and turned our “fear aggressive” dog into a new dog only 3 days in. Our dog was super protective of us and a big baby to us, but did not like strangers (humans or dogs) and never was inviting to guests. But Mike saved him. Mikes video updates BLEW MY MIND!...

Becca, with Top Dog Training Academy, took our Terrier last week while were were vacationing. She brought him back this afternoon—a different dog. He is much calmer and understands what we are trying to get him to do. She spent a lot of time with us teaching us how to get Willie to understand what we want him to do. It is absolutely amazing the difference one week with her has made in our lives. He was a very cute dog and now he understands that he should behave and follow directions.

I don’t think I could’ve picked a better place to send my dog Kenya for obedience training they took really good care of her send me pictures every day and videos of how she was doing it’s the best money I ever spent on a dog she is awesome with her a collar and weather out the E collar she listens very well MIKE obedience trainer did such an awesome job I can’t even believe how good she is down and is still doing it’s been a little over two weeks and she’s been home I’m doing awesome you’ll never regret it give them a call today and I’m saying this because I can’t believe how well behaved they become you’ll just love your new dog but they still have their same personality trust me mine does thank you MIKE thank you Top dog training academy

Wonderful trainers. My dog was on point when he came home after two weeks. Ashley was his trainer. She did a fantastic job. Sent me videos every day. Very professional. I would recommend this place to everyone.

i highly recommend the 2 week board and train program at top dog training academy of louisiana. they custom built a training program to tackle the resource guarding and fear aggression (and general unruliness) of my rescue catahoula. jethro came back to me with more focus and discipline, with many of his behavioural issues in check. mike and cherie are great with dogs and will treat your fur baby like part of their family during his or her stay.

We would highly recommend Top Dog for all! Ashlyn was our Scout’s trainer for his two week board and train. He was 5 mos at the time. Ashlyn treated Scout like he was one of her own. She sent me
videos or texted me daily on his progress. He came home a fully trained dog and even more lovable if that was possible. She has been there for us for a bit of refresher ‘people’ training after he returned.
