TOP DOG TRAINING ACADEMY

I adopted my little girl Hazel from a shelter without knowing anything about her. She was great with my boyfriend and I but VERY scared in new environments and around new people. I couldn’t take her places because she would become paralyzed with fear. She would also show aggression towards people that she did not know. Fast forward three weeks and Hazel is a completely different dog. She is so confident. I took her to the store and she walked in without hesitation. Strangers came up to her and she stayed calm! Top Dog Training Academy has changed our lives! Thank you Mike and Paul for helping Hazel live the life she deserves!

Ill first say that i normally DONT do reviews however, TopDog deserves this one. I don’t know how or what to say in regards to my EXTREME satisfaction with TopDog Training Academy. I sent my puppy to them for 3 weeks to train and was nervous about the entire decision. I immediately felt at ease when I met with both Mike and Paul to drop her off!! They made me feel like we had all been knowing each other for years. After meeting them I felt as if I was sending my dog to a close friend/ relatives home. I was updated on her progress daily through videos and VERY CLEAR pictures! The attitude of both Mike and Paul was that of someone truly genuine about helping and wanting to make a difference. I did not feel that the experience was rushed but that they took their time every step of the way. Amazing. Way better results than I had even hoped for. They sent lots of videos and pictures so I could follow his progress. And most importantly my dog loved them. Cannot recommend enough.

I can’t recommend Top Dog Training Academy enough! Ashlyn was amazing with my Roux! She answered all of my questions and has helped us so much! Roux came home a changed boy and we couldn’t be happier!!

I had such a great experience with sending my dog Buddy to Top Dog Training Academy. I loved receiving updates on his progress and seeing how much he was learning! Ashlyn was super and I fully recommend her! She always responded to any of my questions and she is awesome for putting up with my little mans stubbornness. Since being home, he has definitely improved for the better. Couldn’t be any happier!

Absofreakinglutely!!! Tyler has had my girl, Ms Marylin (19 month old Akbash) for almost two weeks now. I can't begin to say how impressed we are with Top Dog! We sent our Great Dane SDIT Ed to Mike for training. Mike, his Team and his family began with building trust with our boy before a day of training began. They sent video and photos throughout his time there so we could keep up with his progress and most importantly ease our minds with our boy away. Ed came home confident, obedient and ready to take on the world. They taught us that training isn't about force or breaking your babies pride, its about trust, consistency and love. These guys are amazing, if you found this site look no further you won't find better. We will definitely be using them again. Top Dog is truly the Top Dog in training. Our experience with Top Dog Training Academy has been amazing! It was very difficult to send our beloved puppy “off to school” to learn how to be a service dog. However our fears were easily relieved as countless photos and videos of our dog’s progress were sent our way during his absence. Not only was he learning a lot, but we could see for ourselves that he was being loved and that he developed a rapport with Mike and Paul. During our reunion and our son’s first training session with his service dog, we were very impressed with how attentive our trainers were to our dog’s fatigue. They allowed necessary breaks and always kept the training positive. We really appreciate the fact that many training lessons are to follow, and that we can call on them whenever skills need a tune- up. Top Dog Training and Ashlyn are the best! We sent Tomato to training the week we brought our new baby home. Two weeks later he came back like a new dog! He walks so well on a leash, listens to our commands, and seems happier overall. I know we are! Communication was great while he was with Ashlyn, and we enjoyed the videos of his progress. We would recommend Top Dog to any dog owner!

We sent our Basset Hound to training for 2 weeks with Mike and got back a completely different dog! Before training he was hyper and didn’t listen, after the 2 weeks in training he is much calmer and listens to commands! We really liked getting pictures and videos of his progress while he was away! We will definitely be recommending Top Dog Training Academy to anyone looking to send their dog to training!

From the time I spoke with Kayla on the phone to set everything up, to the time I picked up “Benson” from Mike after the two weeks were over, I was throughly pleased with my experience. They could not have made it easier for me to do this. I received daily pics and videos of Benson’s progress. He was a new dog after the two weeks. He is obedient and follows all commands. Can’t say enough good things about Top Dog! Would recommend them 100%‼️

Lola went to top dog training academy for 2 week board and train, today is her first day home, we have already been to the park and she did wonderful with all her commands. With all the construction going on in my back yard she hasn't charged the fence at all witch in unheard of, so I walked her around the back yard and she did great. I highly recommend this company. Many thanks to Mike and Paul for all they did for my girl.

My Dano, a 7 month old now has commands he listens to and responds. So much more enjoyable and fun. Completely house broken and leash trained. What a joy. Thanks Mike for teaching Dano to be responsive.

My husband and I sent both of our Huskies to her and she was amazing. I was leaning towards getting rid of my dogs. I'm small and they are both very big and they just became too much to deal with. Going out in public was impossible and walking them wasn't too much better. We sent them for training and I can now go out in public, walk them off of the lease, and.... allow then inside of the house. It was worth every penny.

She no longer pulls on leash, and she now heels off-leash and follows ALL obedience commands given. Her behaviors and manners have drastically improved in only two short weeks. Ashlyn is our trainer. She’s absolutely amazing! Our pup Brody was all over the place before Ashlyn came along! Very very stubborn and thought he ran the house. With our first baby on the way we knew something had to be done. She took her time with Brody (who is also scared of people) build up his trust and broke him of his bad habits. We love our commands and Brody now thinks twice before he does wrong. You can literally see him thinking about it. I don’t know what we would have done without Ashlyn. She will be our go to from now on! I highly highly recommend her!

You need not look any further than Top Dog Training Academy. I researched the popular trainers in the area. Board n Train with Top Dog is the best decision I have made. Bram, my foster dog, did the 3-week BNT. Mike tuned in to my dog the moment he met him. Quality of life has increased for both myself and my dog. It is soo much fun going to the park now. I am so proud of Bram. When I say come, he immediately comes!! It is so cool!! Before training, Bram had profound issues involving anxiety in public places which was keeping him from being adopted. Ashlyn was absolutely amazing with our Winston boy! I was so scared to send Winston away for 2 weeks but she kept in touch everyday, answered all my millions of questions, and sent videos and pictures! She trained my puppy to listen and obey commands and he is doing wonderful. Top Dog is the way to go for training, trust me you won’t be disappointed!!
