TOP DOG TRAINING ACADEMY

Highly recommend!! We sent our 3-year old sheepadoodle to the 3-week program, and then we've since boarded him for additional re-enforcement. He is 80 pounds and very protective. Walking him on a leash was very scary when we would encounter other dogs because he was impossible to control. Since coming back from training, we've been able to walk him easily multiple times a day and his reaction to other dogs is significatnly easier to control. We were given some great tips that we continue to use and he continues to improve! There are many other improvements inside the house and he continues to improve everyday as we re-enforce the training. We couldn't be happier!

Cherrie at Top Dog was very professional and personable. We signed our dog, Milli, up for the 3-week advanced program and were not disappointed. Initially, Milli struggled with attention barking and respecting personal space boundaries. After completing the program, she came back just as excited as ever, but now wonderfully well-mannered with better listening skills. You can tell Cherrie is passionate about her job and treated Milli like her own. We can’t recommend her enough.

They helped us with our older Maltese’s separation anxiety after we moved to a new place. He has drastically improved after her 3 week training program. Highly recommend! They were also very personable and sent us updates throughout the week, each week of the training. I will be definitely be calling them for our next dog in the future as well!

We recently sent our one year-old golden retriever for a two-week training program, and he came back so well-behaved. He’s now trained to sit, lie down, and stay, (the basics) plus he doesn't try to bolt out the door when I open it or jump on people when they come over anymore. The best part is that he’s still the same happy, playful dog he’s always been, just with much better manners.
Cherrie is absolutely amazing trainer, so knowledgeable, and incredibly patient and loving with our dog.

If you ever need to send your dog somewhere for training, I highly recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Definitely see an improvement! Did the advanced option and it was definitely worth it. Our dog had terrible behavior issues before, and now she listens and is far more calm. Will more than likely send another dog in the future.

Top dog was a phenomenal experience for Milo(our husky). He is home listening to the commands and respects our toddler space in a more controlled way. Beforehand, Milo was constantly jumping, running off, and disobedient when any distractions arose, but just after TWO weeks, Milo listens.

I would recommend Top Dog to anyone. Cherie, her family, and her team did a great job and took care of him. Even the graduation is a nice touch of confirmation to the dog owner that they didn’t just babysit a dog.

Also, I now feel confident with Milo off-leash and being able to walk away without him chasing another dog, squirrels, or cats.

Nellie had a BLAST with TopDog Training! She did their basic obscene program and came home with lots of great skills! We got lots of videos and check ins while she was there so we could see her progress! We recommend them for anyone needing board and train for their puppy!

Our first experience four years ago was great. We got a new puppy this year and sent him there for the two week puppy training and then when he got a little older who sent him for the three week board and train. They did a great job, it is incredible how much training can be accomplished in a few weeks if you know what are doing. Highly recommend to all.

We absolutely love Top Dog! Cherrie and her staff did amazing with Bentley. It was very obvious that they showed him lots of love while he was away from us. They kept us informed on his progress through texts and videos. We will absolutely use them again if we get another puppy.

Cherrie and her staff were great. Our Bentley came home with better manners and listening to commands. We are grateful for the contact we received throughout his training - texts an - to let us see his progress.
