(Update)Trees finally arrived and seem to be in decent shape, one of the trees are absolutely magnificent and one of them is basically a stick with roots but overall i am happy, the time it takes for them to actually send the tree is still a pain. Ordered trees a month ago, paid extra for 1 day shipping, still haven't even gotten a clear ship out date and every time I email for an estimated date I get the same automated message.

Not understanding the promotions caused some stress, until I called the Sales Department. She was able to determine that the Promotions do not stack, and the trees were on the BOGO which stops the free shipping. I redid the sales order and placed it. Thanks! Doug
