TN Nursery

I am very pleased with the TN Nursery and the customer service of Serenity. The USPS did not deliver my order but after talking to Serenity she sent the order out again and I have high hopes for the plants.

Good to work with. Rachael helped me with some replacement trees that didn’t make it. She was very helpful. Giving 5 stars for her. I would probably only give 3 stars for the website/hassle to replace the trees that died in my original purchases. Wished the paw paws were still BOGO so I could replace all the trees that died. Since they have increased pricing, I’m only able to replace 4 of the 13 trees originally purchased that died for the credit they gave to me. (10 died and still had the dead stick to take a photo for replacement. 2 were no longer there so I couldn’t take a picture of them. Only 1 of the 13 lived.) I would prefer all the trees replaced since when purchased, I compared multiple sites and went with TN nursery due to pricing per tree. Unfortunate policy for the customer.

They shipped me double the trees I ordered! Even though BOGO...

I recently found TN Nursery on Google when searching for River Birch Trees which I love for their bark, fast growth and how beautiful they are in landscaping. I ordered mine already 3 to 4 feet tall. My River Birch Tree did not come as tall as I had hoped but the one White Princess Dogwood tree did. They arrived together, bare root as described, very well packaged and the roots protected. No damage in shipping. I am very pleased so far and have planted them both. Still waiting on my other four Dogwoods and one Redbud Tree. I can’t wait until next spring when they begin to show life with their new growth.

Bought trees

Competitive prices on a large assortment of native plants. Quality images and the ability to select from various size options. Order process was easy and I got 10% off my first order. TN Nursery appears to be a nice source for wildlife friendly plants and the product information is thorough. When my plants arrive, I hope to be able to change my rating from 4 to 5 stars.
Update on my review:
My order was shipped on time and delivered in great shape. Plants were healthy and had a robust root system. I opened the shipment, watered the plants and got them in the ground the next day. I must also add this important consideration. TN Nursery's shipping cost on this order was a lot less than a popular competitor in South Carolina who is closer to my location. Thus the 5 star.
