Wow! We should have done this sooner. We enjoy having a clean house, but we hate cleaning and we both have busy, fulltime jobs. We finally sprang for a full cleaning to be followed by bi-weekly cleanings hereafter. Yesterday, Stephanie, Jen and Tom showed up for the initial cleaning. They all greeted us warmly and professionally, and we headed out to work ourselves. We came home to a different house. No cat fur tumbleweeds drifting across the floor, immaculate kitchen - even the spice rack had been individually cleaned and reassembled. The floors gleamed, and the bathrooms shine. Thank you!!

Their staff uniformly proves quality cleaning services and keeps scheduled appointments. On the rare occasions when a schedule adjustment is needed, the management communicates with me to arrange an alternate appointment. I n short, the company is effective and well-managed under often difficult staffing challenges. Kudos to T.L.C.!
