I picked TK because of all the great reviews. I was a bit cynical with the amount of great reviews and lack of any bad ones, but Tyrone proved me wrong. My AC wasn’t working and Tyrone was able to communicate and pencil me in with in 24 hours. Service was great and diagnosis of the problem was communicated very clearly and simple. This is a local business that epitomizes what customer service should be. I will continue to utilize TK and recommend him to anyone who asks. You can rest easy employing TK for your AC needs.

He was great to work with, very professional and thorough when finding out what the issue was with my AC unit. He made sure to let us know what the cost was going to be before doing any work and wanted to make sure it was within our budget. Tyrone is very affordable and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be using him again and recommending him!

Tyrone did a excellent job on my air conditioning unit filled with Freon check for leaks. Went I call TK heating he came out same day to help me. I would recommend him to anyone and his pricing is very fair.

I had them install a new water heater. Their price was much lower than others. Owner operated. Tyrone was great at explaining the issue and was able to complete the install the next day. I will also use him to replace my furnace and AC in the near future. I highly recommend this company. Give him a call. You won't be disappointed!

We have had the pleasure of working with Tyrone for approximately 4 years. He has done routine maintenance on our HVAC and water heater, he has replaced one of our older furnaces and both of our water heaters. He always does an A+ job. My furnace went out a week ago, I had called several other companies and was told they were booked out for weeks. I called TK and less then an hour later he was here and my furnace was fixed! His pricing was VERY reasonable! 10/10 would recommend!

I was having an issue with my Heater and I came across TK heating and air. I read all his reviews and they were pretty good. I decided to give him a try and I am so glad I did. He was able to come out the same day he was honest and reasonably priced. He was really great and explained what he thought my issue was. I will definitely use him again and I will tell my friends, neighbors and Co-workers about him. He was much better than those large companies that try and sell stuff that you don’t really need. Don’t hesitate just call him especially if you live on the southwest part of the valley. He’s right there.

He was prompt and quick and thorough.

Our furnace gave out at 11pm on a Saturday night. Worse time possible, everywhere I called they said they can come out for $400-$500 just for the visit. We’ve paid that once before but never again cause they just told us to replace our unit and what a surprise they have a deal going on for $8k+. This happens often with most HVAC companies. They always try to just get you to replace the system instead of doing a repair but TK was super helpful.

TK came out for a small late night fee, actually looked over the system, and told us what the issues could be. Once he found the actual cause he was able to fix it and didn’t try to upsell me an entire new system after a quick glance. Super respectable, informative, and has gained my trust since he wasn’t trying to nickel and dime me the whole visit.
