I can't even understand why this guy has a one-star review. This was one of the best experiences I've had working with a stranger. Tyrone was super friendly as soon as he answered the phone. He came on the same day to diagnose the problem, found a part by the time he left the house, and had my heater fixed by the end of the next day after installing an entire new HVAC system at another home. The epitome of hard work.

Not only that, but he even brought an extra flash light for my son the next day just because he wanted to play with the flash light on the first day.

10/10 will be in touch with Tyrone again. And recommend him to anyone else that asks. His pricing was incredibly fair, maybe even too fair. I'm pretty sure he is in this business just to help others.

Tyrone is amazing to work with! We had an issue with our air conditioning that no one could seem to figure out. We had two different companies come out to repair the issue, yet our A/C kept going out. Tyrone is so thorough—he spent a good amount of time checking the system, crawling into our attic and crawl space to find the wiring issue. Once he did, he was able to resolve the problem!

I picked TK because of all the great reviews. I was a bit cynical with the amount of great reviews and lack of any bad ones, but Tyrone proved me wrong. My AC wasn’t working and Tyrone was able to communicate and pencil me in with in 24 hours. Service was great and diagnosis of the problem was communicated very clearly and simple. He was great to work with, very professional and thorough when finding out what the issue was with my AC unit. He made sure to let us know what the cost was going to be before doing any work and wanted to make sure it was within our budget. Tyrone is very affordable and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be using him again and recommending him!
