He was able to get the majority of the stains out of a 30-yr old beige wall to wall carpet. I was so surprised. It looks great He was professional, clean, and presentable (I've had a few shady characters clean my carpets in the past years). I highly recommend this company.

This was a surprising different way of cleaning rugs…. Instead of dragging hundreds of feet of hoses and putting untold number of gallons of water on the rug and it taking one to two days to dry ….. this system was totally different …. It was more like a a rug polisher….. he just kept changing cleaning pads to get the dirt and stains out….did a great job of getting some pretty bad stains out…. I was totally skeptical of how this all was going to turn out but after he had finished I was really impressed at how the carpet looked refreshed and like new….. definitely would use this service again and the carpet was pretty much dry after a couple of hours….. Thanks Titan.
