I gave David a project for sure. This couch was beyond dirty, when the service was finished I was left with basically a brand new couch that I only needed to clean a few minor spots. They told me over the phone they could get dirt
Stains out, when they came out in person and looked at the carpeting the fellow again said he could help it out. The carpeting looked very clean as soon as it was done but now started to tell me that it may not stay clean do to wicking action from dirt on underlay. Next morning it looked like it had not been cleaned at all - all the stains had come back out. If he had told me in the first place that there was a good change he couldn't get the stains out I would not engaged there service. I complained to there office and they did refund my $210.00

Dave was great! He answered the phone when we called to check his availability, he scheduled a visit that fitted with our very tight time lines and arrived for the appointment bang on time.
