I traded in a 2016 Dodge Charger several weeks ago. I was prompt in reaching out and getting a 10 day pay off prior to doing so. My new car lender CARVANA send a check for the payoff quote well before my 4/01/2021 payment. I received a call Today stating that I owed $75 no big deal I'll pay it. But now I'm getting alerts from CAP ONE who I have credit cards with that my auto loan is delinquent. How is this possible?

horrible horrible horrible company... how are you to pay when they don't even have a functioning website? oh wait, that's EXACTLY what they want so that they can charge late fees. this company is so corrupt everyone should ban together and sue them!!!!

These ppl are scam artists. Made multiple monthly payments and sent them bank statements as proof and they still won’t credit account. Management refuses to answer the phone 🤬🤬buyer beware
