I totaled out a car! Tidewater said they sent everything to gap to be taken care of and they didn’t. I have been calling for 2 months trying to get things hanndled insurance never returns my calls. So I get all my paperwork so I can submit my own darn claim and only to get told they needed a service contract cancellation. TIDEWATER THE INSURANCE MANAGER said he did all of this!! They didn’t do a darn thing!!! I’m still paying for a car I do not drive! Can’t get a car financed without proof of gap! All they keep asking me is when Im going to make my payment! I’m paying for a rental because it’s been over 30 days for the insurance and still paying them an arm a leg and 4 fingers! I’ve had enough!!!!!
