Not the most professional finance company ive ever worked with.
They were not flexible with my disability pay date as promised when I bought the vehicle. They extended a 5 day grace for the lifetime of the loan which still doesnt help me to better my payment record.
Instead of contacting and listening to my husband when I'm out of town, they chose to contact everyone in my reference sheet to reach me. That wasnt helpful when they dont know where I am but my husband knows this information.
If you late for any reason they limit the access to your own loan details online. Ive called for access and they deny me.

Teriible situation to be in.

I totaled out a car! Tidewater said they sent everything to gap to be taken care of and they didn’t. I have been calling for 2 months trying to get things hanndled insurance never returns my calls. So I get all my paperwork so I can submit my own darn claim and only to get told they needed a service contract cancellation. TIDEWATER THE INSURANCE MANAGER said he did all of this!! They didn’t do a darn thing!!! I’m still paying for a car I do not drive! Can’t get a car financed without proof of gap! All they keep asking me is when Im going to make my payment! I’m paying for a rental because it’s been over 30 days for the insurance and still paying them an arm a leg and 4 fingers! I’ve had enough!!!!!
