Honestly I feel sad the way you guys handle the way you guys verify things, especially someone’s living. A verbal saying to provide proof you live in your residence. It was frustrating trying to get ahold of the person. When they were on vacation just to take 1 minute off there time. When you can verify someone’s living some other way I feel like.
