There was one person that called me back to tell me she had to do her job a certain way and I told her ok I gave the guy the information he asked for and she was very rude saying he asked for incorrect information . I spoke with 2 gentleman on the other hand both where fantastic.. maybe make sure all specialists are properly trained to give great welcoming customer service experiences.
