We just got a loan from Tidewater for our 2017 Trax. Since our loan is brand new I can only give the beginning of the loan experience with them. The only contact I have had with them is the welcome interview. As for that though, they were extremely nice and answered all of the questions I had. Hopefully the rest of our loan experience with them is just as nice!
