I started with Thriven last April when I was struggling with bloating, weight gain, chronic inflammation, and a lot of stress. I later found out I had Hashimoto’s with elevated antibodies, which explained a lot.

Within just a few weeks of starting the program, I began feeling dramatically better. Through the supplements, nervous system work, and lifestyle changes, everything shifted. I’ve lost 15–20 pounds, my bloating is almost completely gone, and this is the best I’ve felt in eight years. Currently, I have no signs of thyroid autoimmunity according to my blood work.
