I went into this UPS to have two letters sent for my boss at a local law firm. They needed to be sent out by a certain date but it also needed to cost under a certain price point. I was immediately greeted by Majd and Matt who seemed really eager to help me with my problem. I gave them the documents and both workers split them up and began working on getting it processed so I would not have to wait for two separate transactions. When I needed to call my boss for some clarification, they were extremely patient although there had been a line forming behind me. While I called my boss they quickly helped each person in line then proceeded to talk to my boss personally to help her understand all her options. These two were absolutely phenomenal at their jobs and really helped give me the best service they possibly could! I know my firm really appreciates the extra mile and will continue to...
