From start to finish, it was a smooth and hassle-free process, all thanks to Mikey, who helped me every step of the way. I came in with a specific printing project in mind, and Mikey took the time to really listen to my needs, offering thoughtful suggestions to ensure the final product would be just what I was hoping for.

Mikey was incredibly knowledgeable about all the available printing options, and he guided me through the different choices based on quality, cost, and turnaround time. He patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I understood every detail, which I really appreciated. The service was fast, and the final result was outstanding – the print quality exceeded my expectations, and everything was done on time.

When I 1st moved to Palencia 2.5 years ago, I was happy to see a UPS store close by. Unfortunately,
I wasn't pleased with my experiences there. The people working there were not very friendly or accommodating. Move the clock ahead about a year and there has been a huge change. The people are friendly and accommodating. There must have been complaints, or new management because there has been a 110% improvement. I no longer dread going in there. If you had bad experiences there, definitely give them another chance.

The staff at the Palencia UPS store is terrific! Always friendly and efficient, they quickly resolve my shipping needs, adding simplicity and time to my schedule. We are blessed to have this service and these staff members in our community!
