I went into this UPS to have two letters sent for my boss at a local law firm. They needed to be sent out by a certain date but it also needed to cost under a certain price point. I was immediately greeted by Majd and Matt who seemed really eager to help me with my problem. I gave them the documents and both workers split them up and began working on getting it processed so I would not have to wait for two separate transactions. When I needed to call my boss for some clarification, they were extremely patient although there had been a line forming behind me. While I called my boss they quickly helped each person in line then proceeded to talk to my boss personally to help her understand all her options.
