The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and polite throughout my experience. They provided very clear and direct instructions, which made the entire process easy to understand and helped prevent any confusion or misunderstandings. This is the best UPS Store I have ever done business with. My wife and I are moving to St. Augustine and the staff at this store helped us set up a mailbox for this location. They were so friendly and helpful in doing this. Now every time we stop by to see if we have mail or packages delivered, they know us by name. The staff is very polite, professional and personable. It’s not just a business, they make you feel like neighbors. Excellent culture!
