The Tidy Troopers Cleaning Services

We have used Tidy Troopers a few times now and are always happy with how efficient and thorough they are and how spotless they get our house!

We have used Tidy Troopers twice so far and what a phenomenal job on our house!! Becca is our main cleaner and is very detailed orientated and nice! Always on time and really gets detailed areas of the house. Last time she brought a helper who was also hardworking and gave attention to detail. Thanks

I cannot even begin to explain how happy I am with the service provided. My housekeeper, Becca, was sweet as pie and made sure to ask me about my preferences, explain products when I asked, Used my own products when I requested for certain surfaces. She gets the job done in a quick and highly efficient manner. If I asked her to touch up something, she'd do it happily, customer service is top notch!

The process to book was the easiest I've ever had, I was able to get in immediately for a deep clean where other companies give you the run around or long wait times while they draft up a contract. Not here! No contract, easy online booking- and a really good value! I highly recommend them, this company has integrity and stands by their work!

In all my years of working in customer service I have never met anyone as genuine as Becca. Being immunocompromised and working from home I need to ensure my environment is not just organized but as clean as possible. She respected and followed safety measures, and made lovely company! I thought it might be awkward having to work from home while I had a cleaner over but she was ninja quick and cognizant of noise, even remodeling her routine so my clients didn't hear a peep from the vacuum. She was super easy to work with, when I asked if she could use my products on certain surfaces, she happily obliged and explained a lot of the products she brought when I asked all my questions. Attention to detail is unheard of, even hand scrubbing certain spots on the hardwood.

I have been using this service biweekly. Thus far, they have been on time and reliable, and my home is clean! Becca came today and did a nice job!

The cleaner, Carolyn, arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant. (This was my first experience with Tidy Troopers.) She asked me to show her around and let her know if I had any particular needs. Then she got right to work and did an excellent job whipping my house into shape!

she came in really cleaned my house to get ready for the Holiday and Spring

Was able to get a last minute appointment for a deep clean. Arrived on time and were courteous. Did the deep clean. They asked me if I had any special requests and I wasn't exactly sure what that meant...until they got there and then realized things like " I like pinesol on floors" but they were super accommodating. Great prices.

Yolanda did a great job on our house yesterday! She was on time, pleasant and very thorough! She listened to what our needs were and asked for a tour when she first arrived!

They did a nice job, but they don’t do exterior windows.

Did a decent job was still cereal pieces and hair left along with crumbs in the fridge and cupboards

They did a great job and i plan in continuing their services....very nice women and came in cleaned and were gone in an hour and a half...very pleased with thus service. Highly recommend.

Carlee and Chelsea are great. They arrive when scheduled and pay attention to details while performing their work. They ask if we are happy with their service and will use certain cleaning products to suit your needs. Very professional, kind and courteous.
