I hired Tiny Troopers to clean my Dad's house after his surgery. He needed some temporary help. They did a great deep clean of his home and he was very satisfied. The cleaner arrived on time and went right to work. I will hire them again to help my Dad take care of his home. This is a great company to support Senior care.

I had tidy troopers come to my house about one week ago, and while I’ve never left a bad review before, after careful thought I wanted to warn people away from this cleaning company.

I have a 4600 square-foot home and they spent about 2 1/2 hours cleaning it total, when typically it takes 4–6 hours to clean my home. They did not even clean my shower until I went to check their work (as they asked) and noticed that there was still soap scum in the shower. They did not move items to clean or dust around them. Ironically, they did not tidy a single thing either, including folding blankets or straightening things up.

I’m in shock that I essentially paid them about $200 an hour to do such a poor job. The women who came to the house were nice, but I am very disappointed in the end result. I have never had such a bad experience with housecleaners before.

Rachel has been to my home twice. She did a great job both times. I’m very happy with this service and will use them again, for sure.
