Tidy Troopers is wonderful. I’m not just talking about the cleaning. They are on time EVERY time. They don’t switch my schedule around on me. They follow up with appointment reminders and confirmations. Always responsive to my emails. This may seem like basics, but I went through 2 other cleaning companies that didn’t respect my time or that I have to put my (bad) dog in daycare to get the house cleaned.

Tammy is the best! Always so thorough when she cleans and is so sweet to my old (good) pup who loves her.

We have been clients of Tidy Troopers for some time now but had to skip our monthly cleaning recently due to some home repairs. Miranda came this month and was METICULOUS despite our home being more cluttered than I’d like to admit. I cannot thank her enough for how nice our home looks and feels - such a savior to my sanity!

I’ve had bi-weekly cleaning with The Tidy Troopers for the past 3 years. After trying many different cleaning companies in Buffalo, I genuinely believe that I’ve finally found the best. They are so dependable, flexible, affordable, and trustworthy. I’ve had a few different Tidy Troopers come to my house. At first, I was worried that they wouldn’t get a long with my cat and dogs, but my pets ended up quickly getting used to my cleaner! Chay is my favorite. She is prompt, hardworking, and sweet. She really takes the time she needs to give my home the detailed clean that I need! Before Chay- Samantha used to come to my house, and she was good too. Thank you so much for your efforts Tidy Troopers! I appreciate you so much, and I highly recommend you!

We had the pleasure of having Melony come clean my parents home today. They had just moved to the neighborhood and after setting up all the furniture in hosting for a number of days we were in dire need of some help. Melony was methodical and thorough. She got through our three bedroom, two bathroom, living room, Den, and basement in about three hours. Took a lot of work off of our hands, glad to have had her services. Tidy troopers was very easy to book with we were able to get a next day appointment.

Miranda is an excellent employee! She’s professional, thorough and overall does a great job.

I highly recommend Melanie with Tidy Troopers for cleaning. I hired Tidy Troopers for my son's apartment move out cleaning. The loft he lived in was in an old buliding downtown, and never really looked clean, even before he moved in. I had a special training at work the morning we scheduled, but my son went in late to work so he could let Melanie in. I completely forgot to coordinate things with him though. I also forgot there was no free parking anywhere near the building and there was a door code to get in. Thankfully, Melanie was professional and patient after sending me a text. I kept her waiting for a reply about 20 minutes. When I finally saw the text, I gave her my son's phone number. In the meantime, she had to find and pay for parking. What a frustrating way to start a job! Then, my son had to go to work, so she was just left on her own in the old place. She never once...

We had hired Tidy Troopers to do a deep clean before a party at our home in the beginning of June. Janiece came on time and did an excellent job. She was thorough and I appreciated her checking with me on the types of cleaners I felt comfortable with prior to using them (ie. organic/natural vs conventional). Place looked great and it definitely helped to take a load off during all the party planning! Thank you, would definitely hire again in the future!

Nadia was fantastic! She was communicative and thoughtful. Nadia did all the details you never think to do yourself that make the house feel fresh. She prioritized based on my requests and ensured everything was done. Plus my dogs took to her instantly and received so many cuddles! And I felt comfortable running an errand while she was working.

Tidy Troopers has done an amazing job cleaning my home. Marissa especially has done AMAZING cleanings that are so thorough, my house is sparkling when she leaves!
