I chose Pressure King because they agreed to do my gutters the way I would do them...from a ladder and not send someone up on my roof. Unfortunately, when I got home, the tech was ON MY ROOF! I immediately emailed the owner who wasted no time contacting me. He asked how he could make it right and I told him he did by calling and listening to my side of the story.

A couple of days later we had heavy rain for 2 straight days. I went and checked our downspouts and found they were clogged so emailed a second time. The owner and tech came out yesterday and re-did our gutters/downspouts at no charge.

I was not pleased with the original service as it was not what we agreed upon. However, I rated the company 5 stars based on customer service and follow-up. Now I can definitely recommend The Pressure King to my friends and family because I know they will...

They did an excellent job from start to finish. From answering my 1st call, sending out an estimator the next day, to doing a stellar job cleaning my roof. Highly, highly recommend The Pressure King.

Everyone was so nice booking the job, easy to work with, tech showed up on time & did a great job all for a good price. What else can u ask for ?? I would reccomend to anyone !!!

Customer service was very good. I called she asked questions said she would called back with quote. Tech was on time, courteous , and knowledgeable. When finished job he showed me what he did for approval. Explained that I should not walk on sealant for 4hrs and not to drive on for 24hrs. I was pleased with job.

Awesome professional and knowledgeable service. Technician used soft wash on this property's roof since it was a membrane over metal roof. Not many pressure washing outfits have that kind of expertise in washing special coatings. I highly recommend this company for traditional pressure washing as well as soft washes when indicated.

These guys are AWESOME!!! Their customer service is what we all long for but can't find anymore. They DO what the say they will do! We had our very TALL house pressure washed and its the best job we have ever had on it despite paying more for the service in the past. We will continue to use and will certainly recommend these guys!!

If you need any painting or pressure washing done, these guys were really great! We had to change schedules several times on them and they were extremely accommodating and professional.
