I chose Pressure King because they agreed to do my gutters the way I would do them...from a ladder and not send someone up on my roof. Unfortunately, when I got home, the tech was ON MY ROOF! I immediately emailed the owner who wasted no time contacting me. He asked how he could make it right and I told him he did by calling and listening to my side of the story.

A couple of days later we had heavy rain for 2 straight days. I went and checked our downspouts and found they were clogged so emailed a second time. The owner and tech came out yesterday and re-did our gutters/downspouts at no charge.

I was not pleased with the original service as it was not what we agreed upon. However, I rated the company 5 stars based on customer service and follow-up. Now I can definitely recommend The Pressure King to my friends and family because I know they will... Read more >
