I was in the process of trying to purchase a home. My former mortgage company had placed some items on my credit I did not agree with. Mr. Joe Camacho is a straight shooter, uses all his expertise and his selflessness on prospering his clients and ultimately gets the job done. Being skeptical in the beginning is a gimme. But I will tell you out of brutal honesty. In my experience with Mr. Camacho the game plan was on the drawing board and was quarterbacked by Joe and was ultimately ended in a touchdown. Per usual I was in the “this is too good to be true” state of mind. But I was blind sided how effective, efficient and brutally honest his work was. I was in the middle of purchasing a rental property and 4 weeks from closing a notice of a collection account appeared on my credit report causing my score to nose drive to a point below what the lender would accept.
