The Learning Voyage

My son has been at The Learning Voyage for a year and is now headed to pre-k. The beginning of his entry into daycare was a hard adjustment for him and myself. Very first day I was in tears because of my own fears that staff would never love my son the way I do and very quickly my fears and concerns were put to rest. Joyia listened to my fears and addressed them with his teachers right away. I spoke with his AMAZING teacher, Peyton, and she took my son on like he was her own! Any odd behavior that my son would show, they let me know and tried to find a solution. Good behavior/ bad behavior, everyday my son left with a big hug from his teacher and knew he was safe and loved when he was to return the next day. All the staff, even in other classrooms acknowledged my son when we walked in the building. He has learned so much more than I could provide him on my own. I am so thankful to the staff for choosing to be a part of his growth and development! Again, if you have concerns just voice them and be willing to listen to other opinions. Because they share the same goal, which is to keep your child safe, focus on their development and watch your child grow and be ready for school.
