The Learning Station Child Development Center

TLC in Conway has treated our daughter like one of their own since the start .We love our Pre K. teacher Ms.Koy. She’s creative in all her lessons plans, patient and kind. Our daughter has learned and retained so much in the few months since joining her class. Shoutout to Admin, Ms. Jess, Mr. Cody and all the staff who make our daughters days brighter!

Miss Kayla and Miss Dawn have been great teachers for my daughter’s preschool room! They are creative with their lesson plans, organized, and interact with the children well. The Learning Station is a better place because of them, and I know my child is in good care.

We just moved here from Little River. Starting a new facility can be challenging, we were nervous. The staff was so quick to calm any nerves we were experiencing. They wanted to know my daughter’s interests as well as her likes and dislikes. Ms Dawn took my daughter under her wing like she was her own. All the kids really love her and I love that I can go to work and know my baby is happy. I also want to praise them for working with potty training so well. Teachers are so important and I hope you know the difference you make in Karters life. Thank you for being good to her

My daughter started in the beginning of December and it took her just two weeks to get adjusted after being with her all day every day. My daughter loves her teacher and loves the environment. Everybody there is so caring and sweet. I highly highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a safe daycare. I love that you can even check the cameras or come in to see ur little one!!!

The Learning Station McCormick is such a wonderful childcare center! The director, Faith, and Cassy are always so cheerful and willing to help with anything you need. Aleshia and Victoria make mornings so welcoming with their laughter and friendly greetings during check-in. The center is always spotless, and I love that they offer camera access so parents can check in throughout the day — such great peace of mind! They also host so many fun community events that make families feel involved and connected. Truly a caring and happy place for kids to grow and learn!

I’ve been working at The Learning Station for almost three years now, and I absolutely love it! I love how family-oriented it is — it’s not just a job. We have fun together, and we truly love each other like one big family. Our boss, Miss Donna, is truly the best! She always makes sure we have everything we need and more. The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and caring, and they take such good care of my daughter. She’s only been attending for two months , but I can honestly say they are amazing at what they do. Teaching young mind isn’t easy but they do a great job doing it . I’m so grateful to have her here with me every day. Just knowing that she’s in the proper care, I can do my job and not stress or worry!

The Learning Station is a great place to work. I have been working there for over 2 yrs now. The administration team is very supportive and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to work for!

Working here is really enjoyable. There's always something happening, like events and spirit days, and each classroom adds its unique touch to the lives of the kids.

This is one of the best centers in the area. I have been a part of this school family for 15 years. I can't imagine working any where else. The dedication that I see from the teachers is amazing.

I absolutely love working here! It’s truly an amazing place to be a part of. The staff and administration are so kind, supportive, and genuinely care about the children and each other. It really feels like one big family everyone is always willing to lend a hand or offer encouragement. We get to do so many fun things together, from themed dress up days to exciting activities after work that bring us even closer as a team. Every day is filled with laughter, creativity, and joy. The learning station is a remarkable place, they love and care for these kids like their own. Everyone here is like one big family! My son and I loved it so much, I left my job of 7 years to be apart of it!! Coming here is the best choice you can make ❤️💕

The Learning Station in Conway ROCKS!

Ms Shay & Ms Jessica in the 4k class room are beyond amazing. They always go over and beyond for my daughter and she’s always so happy to see them each morning. They both include each child in every activity, and always take the time with them individually when they get hurt and upset to make sure they are okay. I hate seeing my little one sad when we have to drop off but both Ms Shay & Ms Jessica make her feel so happy, comfortable, and ready to get the day started when we arrive! So thankful for amazing people like these two to give us parents a clear head with our babies!

My son is has been in this daycare for almost a year. Ever since he started, it been wonderful. All the teachers (Rhenan, Toni, Jackie etc.) are really amazing with the patience and care they have not just for my son but all the little ones there. Thank you for having such a big heart ❤️!!!!

We love The Learning Station! My daughter is in the 4K First Steps program and it has been great for her. She has gained confidence, learned techniques for managing her emotions, made friends, and learned how to navigate social situations all under the care and nurturing she’s received from Miss Cece and Miss Alyssa. One thing that really stands out is the centers attentiveness and communication. The teachers send photos of your child throughout the day, as well as details of what activities they are doing. Having a child that has dietary restrictions, I was super nervous to send her to school, but TLS has been extremely accommodating and works together with me to make sure she can always be involved in class parties and activities that involve food. I am so happy with the progress my daughter has made so far this year and with our decision to send her to TLS. She is so excited to go...

My daughter has been attending since she was 2 months old, and she’s now 16 months. Ms. Rhennan was absolutely amazing in the infants room. To this day, you can tell she truly loves my daughter and all the other babies. There’s no better feeling than knowing your child’s teachers truly care about your child. It truly changes everything. Ms. Toni in the explorers room has listened to all my concerns and done her best to meet any requests I had. She’s always thorough with the procare app which I love. Michelle in admin has always answered any questions or addressed any concerns I’ve had. She’s always smiling and greets you by name. Ms. Jackie, Ms. Amber, and Ms. Delaney have all been great too. They are higher priced but I understand the need to pay their staff fairly. They also have more closures than other facilities but I think it’s good that they prioritize staff development and...
