The Kids Connection

Look, I am "just" the Dad... But my children are my life. My Wife and I have been trusting Kids Connection coming up on 10 years now and they have consistently provided a safe and caring environment for our flock.

I could give many examples of the kindness our family has been shown over the years, or how our children are always asking when they get to go back and are never ready to be picked up. They do not come home upset, they are always well fed and worn out from activities, they have all been well prepared for Kindergarten even during Covid.

The new Orem facility is wonderful, easy to access, open, airy, and CLEAN. The check in/out procedures are secure, and I feel safe even when away traveling knowing my kids are being taken care of.

I've taken my child to three different daycare centers before Kids Connection. This is the first place that I can drop her off without her crying and trying to prevent me from leaving. I don't know what they do differently, but whatever it is it works. I would give it five stars, but the two hour naps cause my child to stay up late, and then be very cranky in the morning when I'm trying to get out the door to work. Read more >

I have only been using them for three days and it’s amazing.
1) they are very active on Procare when updates, pictures, telling what the baby is eating, and what kind of diaper changes they have.
2) They provide so many things. I was surprised about how little I had to pack for the baby to be there.
3) One of the people there was very helpful with development concerns I was having.

We started taking my 3 year old to Kid’s Connection last fall (before she was 3). The teachers have been so great and patient with her. She was a crier in the morning every time I dropped her off. But she would stop and have plenty of fun! She brags about her teachers and friends all the time. She loves the play ground, activities, food, etc. We’ve had nothing but a good experience. We've been taking our son here for about 6 months now. We were so apprehensive about leaving him somewhere full time. Within less than a week of him going to The Kids Connection, it felt like EVERYONE knew him! I would pass caretakers in the hall that I hadn't even met yet, and they all greeted my son by name. I've gone to pick up my son when his teachers have already started cleaning his room, and it's spotless. The communication with parents is very efficient as well. We get general messages about things going on in the center, and our son's teachers do a great job of updating us throughout the day. I would recommend The Kids Connection to any of my friends. The real reason we love it here is because of Ashley, Liz, Ren, Reagan, Talon, Jenn, Becca, and anyone else who helps take care of our son. When I came to tour Kids connection for the first time, I was so apprehensive about leaving my daughter in a new daycare. My daughter has special needs and requires more care than your normal developed child. We needed to try to find someone that we trusted enough to take care of her. My worries were put at peace within the first few weeks of coming to Kids Connection, I could see my daughter was happy to come to daycare. Becca, Jen and now Emily have been caring for my daughter for the past 7 yrs. They are sweet, loving, and treat my daughter with kindness. Kids Connection in Orem is THE best childcare around. I cannot recommend it enough. This is the third daycare my son has tried and it is by far the best and his favorite. We've been here 2+ years and have only had wonderful experiences.

The staff are amazing. They keep me involved in my son's day by sending daily pictures, activity notes, and messages on the app. They are great at communicating and responding quickly. And there are always fun things going on- holiday parties, field trips, spirit days, etc.

My 4yo went through a real rough patch with refusing to potty-train, acting out, getting in fights, etc. But the staff- especially his teacher- were incredibly patient and understanding with him. Taking your child to a daycare is always a little nerve-wracking. The first week of taking my daughter to KC all of my worries were laid to rest. My daughter started going there when she was three months old and now she is three years old. She LOVES going to "school" and has learned so much from their wonderful teachers. I now have a 9 month old who also goes there... he hasn't had a lot to say about the place yet. ;)

When there are accidents, they let you know and can review video footage if needed. If they have food allergies, they will accommodate. If you child is a biter, like mine, they will be kind and understanding and move them to a different class to see if that was the problem. I have so many wonderful things to say about Kids Connection that this review could go on forever.

Kids Connection has been nothing short of tremendous for our 2 kiddos. What impressed me the most is how quickly they learned the names of our children including the right pronunciation. Management and teachers have always been so great. When they moved locations, we actually moved our son to a different elementary school so that we could keep him at Kids Connection, because at their new location, they would not be able to pick up at our sons old elementary school. Read more >

Kid’s connection has the best daycare hands down. I have had my other kids in other daycares and no one tops there teachers and care givers for the kids.
