Was it luck or fate that we found Kam Khazai? Not only did he list our house and land a sale quickly, he guided us through the arduous process of clearing out our house (we owned it 40 years!) and finding reasonably priced contractors to spruce things up with fresh paint and new carpet.He also had a pro capable of hauling and disposing whatever needed to go!

Great experience with Ken. Listed my townhouse in July 2024. Was looking at a number of Agents, called around, and Ken was one of the first to reply and communicated exactly how he would help get the house ready for sale. Within the first conversation, i could tell he know his stuff, and would really help me get the sale completed. Took the time to come out and inspect the house and gave me sound advice about getting it ready. Guided me through the process with constant communication, and updates to ensure I understood where we were and what was next. He arranged the pics, video and staging, even helped pay for some extra staging out of his own pocket.
Because of his efforts we were able to get a solid offer within 72hours.
