Buying our first house with the Ken Abramowitz group has been such a great experience. Chris Burdette was awesome understanding what we wanted and making the process so easy. When we found our dream house, Chris made it happen in this very competitive market.

My 84 year old sister decided she could no longer stay in her house, so a friend recommended we reach out to Ken to handle the sale. Thankfully, we listened to the friend. Ken was so wonderful to Pauline, driving from Olney to Damascus to pick her up, as she had stopped driving, to look at potential new places to live. She used a walker, so he would help her with it getting in and out of the car. He never pressured her to take anything that she didn’t like. She felt so cared for by him . He recommended movers that he knew would please her, everything he could do to make her calm about the move. He found her a place she loved. Unfortunately, she only lived a few weeks. The last thing she said to Ken was, “you are not only my realtor, you are my friend!”

If buying your own first home was nerve wracking, just wait until it's one of your children who's in the home buying market! Knowing that your child (no matter how "grown up") is in the best hands through that process is priceless. Ken worked with our daughter and son-in-law (during a pandemic, no less) and helped them buy their dream home in the neighborhood they most wanted. They couldn't be happier in their home, and we are so grateful to Ken for guiding them through the process!

When I set out to buy my first home, I did my due diligence on real estate agents in the DMV and what set Kam apart from all the agents I spoke to was his insistence to meet in person and discuss my goals and desires for this home buying process. All the agents I spoke to did their business over the phone and did not recommend to meet in person to get my business. I met with Kam and he heard me out and what I wanted out of this process. Kam laid it out for me on what he thought was doable in this economy and was fully confident he could deliver my first home.
