Mark was fantastic! He was thorough, explained the results of the inspection prior to receiving the document so there were no questions. The price for the audit was fantastically priced. 10/10 stars, would highly recommend The Inspector - Mark Harman and will use again.

Loved the inspector was able to fit me in at the last minute. Fully listened to my concerns & got to work. (I was pregnant & we had just moved. I needed to know the house was ok to bring my baby into). The inspector was able to find & show me mold in the house. He didn’t stop there tho. He continued to do a thorough search of the house to give me some peace of mind.
