This company was top notch from start to finish. When I called to ask if they had other contractors they would recommend for inspections, they didn’t hesitate and immediately helped set up the appointments.

Mark even came out in the rain to complete a thorough inspection for my client. Afterward, he took the time to sit down with us and clearly summarize everything that was discovered, making sure we fully understood the findings.

The Inspector is my goto company for through home inspections since 2014. As a real estate broker I demand competent reports that my clients will rely on for making the buying decision. But more inprotantly a well put together report aids parties in renegociating the contract due to newly uncovered facts.
