Mark did what no other inspector would do. The property I was buying was a mess, bugs everywhere, stinks, and looks neglected. I needed help to see if i was getting into a good real estate deal or not. I needed to know if the structural integrity, plumbing, and electrical were good.

Mark was great to work with. He arrived promptly and was very professional. He spoke to us about his findings and let us know what his thoughts were. His findings were extensive and a bit overwhelming. Speaking with him eased what was included in the inspection report. He reminded us that he is supposed to find issues with the house, and it needed to be looked at as a whole for information and not about it being negative.
