Coming to the good center was the best decision I’ve made for my mental health in my entire life. Elizabeth Bordeau has been the most understanding, helpful, and REAL counselor I’ve ever had. I have been diagnosed with clinical depression for more than 15 years. I have struggled throughout the years, feeling hopeless. I wasn’t comfortable with any past counselors. They were never very helpful. Elizabeth is the first therapist to give me tools outside of the office to help me cope with my depression.
