I give this franchise location 1 to 2 years before it's officially closed. My son attended the school for 1 month and it was enough time for me and my wife to realize that things are going horribly wrong; no qualified teachers, no qualified administrative staff, etc.
I'll give two personal examples to illustrate how things run in this school: every time I dropped off my son, I would walk him to his class, he would start crying and clearly distressed; his teacher would look at me (while totally ignoring the child) and say "you can hang his backpack over there", and then walk away. The administrative staff has the worst customer service skills ever. If my son is not taken care of and doesn't feel welcomed by neither the teacher nor the administrative staff; then why should he attend?
I don't usually write reviews; but the situation in this school is beyond mediocre. Please don't take my word for it, go visit and see it for yourself. While you're there, please take a close look at the faces of the children and the teachers -- you'll see and learn everything you need to know.
My last word, a school with NON-qualified (to say the least) teachers and administrative staff; is a wishful short-term project.
