The Goddard School of Deerfield (Northbrook)

My daughter recently moved into the 3s classroom. I can’t believe how much she has learned in just a few weeks. Her teachers have helped to make her transition smooth. The directors and owners truly care about every child at Goddard.

We LOVE The Goddard School! Our two girls, 3 and 5 years old, are learning so much and having a ton of fun. The owners are fantastic. Their kindness and enthusiasm extends to their amazing directors and teachers. Our kids love all of the enrichments, including Spanish, music, and yoga. The facility is new and very clean. We love the attached playgrounds and the indoor gym with climbing wall. During the summer, they have water day 2x per week and outside ice cream snacks. We have been very impressed with their communications and safety protocols during COVID. When we drop our kids off at The Goddard School, we know they are safe and happy.

We enrolled our 2 1/2 year old son earlier this year, just before Covid hit. Miss Angela and Miss Ryleigh are such sweethearts and my son just loves them! We use an app where they send us daily photos and videos of our son doing certain activities, a description of what he is doing, and the goals around that. They do so many awesome things, like growing their own radishes in their garden and eating them, touching and learning about worms, science experiments to see what sinks or floats (they're always doing so many different fun science experiments with the kiddos!), exploring the letters of their names, and yoga (my son is always trying different yoga poses at home now :-)). They also include a very detailed daily report stating the times they went potty, time they napped (if any), the meal and snack times along with what exactly he ate, and how much of it. My children recently started at The Goddard School. We have been so happy with the quality of curriculum and staff. They have Spanish and Music classes daily and come home with adorable art projects.

Both of our sons go to The Goddard School in Deerfield. We are so happy with the warm and loving environment, creative and interesting curriculum, enrichment programs, and of course the amazing staff. The teachers, owners, and entire staff go above and beyond expectations to make sure that each child has a great experience. Our boys are very happy learning, playing, and making friends at Goddard. It’s truly a great place for a kid to be!

We just started at Goddard school! We have been really happy with the care of the teachers, Director, and owners with both our son and us as parents. I feel they are making a welcoming and warm environment!

Amazing school with lots to offer for the kids, great staff, and curriculum. My 4 year old son has been attend this school since opening day. He has always struggled with separation and any change was very stressful for him. The staff at Goddard are incredibly helpful with making him comfortable. The all hands on deck approach from the teachers, the director, and even the owners have stepped and helped my son. Now, he goes happy and tells everyone how much he loves his new school.
The food is amazing!! The food is healthy and delicious. My son has asked for several of the foods to be made at home. My very picky eater is now trying new foods.
Every day he comes home telling us about new activities they did and projects. They are alsways doing something new and learning so much. He told me all about the earth and his test tube science project. Not to mention, he...

Everyone is friendly, the curriculum is top-notch and most importantly my son loves it. My wife and I both enjoy getting daily updates and pictures from the phone app.
