First of all, you can’t beat Don’s depth of knowledge and insights re: the SD area real estate market. What stands out about Don is that he can translate this into simple English that anyone can understand. He does this without being pushy and condescending. He is humble and one of the nicest human beings you will ever meet. My wife and I also liked his team approach to doing business. He stayed in close contact as the point person while we were working with a showing agent, Nicole. She was super responsive and was so helpful in taking us around the SD area. Negotiation during this challenging time for buyers went very smoothly. Don gave us great advice and he knew how the sellers would respond to various situations. We felt prepared for how to engage in the negotiation process. He did a great job educating us about unique CA real estate law and felt that we used it to our advantage during the escrow period. We completed the transaction remotely, and it went so smoothly thanks to Gerri. Don and Gerri continue to help us after closing with various needs from finding a handyman to a lawyer as we are new to the SD area. We feel like we gained a friend in SD.
