Don and his team did a terrific job for us. We put our condo on the market just before Thanksgiving,
knowing it could be a slow time for home sales. However, Don produced 2 offers significantly above
asking price. I say produced because he aggressively followed up with each showing and created a
competitive environment. We accepted an offer within 14 days of the listing which lead to a problem
free closing on January 15. Don’s most appreciated efforts were managing our concerns and assisting
with ancillary issues like the selling of our furniture to the buyer outside of escrow. Often, he assumed
responsibilities for concerns for which he was not obligated, reducing our stress significantly. Don and
