I would like to tell you about our experience with Don and Gerri Pelletier. My husband recommended Don to me because he worked with Don on the sale of his house in Escondido in 2013. Don was also highly recommended by a friend of ours, Michael, who had worked with Don several times. I now understand why he was so highly recommended. Don and his wife Gerri helped me with the sale of a rental property I owned in Chula Vista. I’ve never met Don and Gerri in person. I live in Arizona and we conducted the entire project by phone, text, email, and mail. The property needed a lot of repair work before it was ready to list and Don helped us by providing vendors for all the projects and coordinated and provided access to the property, allowing us meet our deadline for listing the property. Due to Don’s extensive research and marketing skills, we were able to decide on a fair market list price and received several over asking price offers as soon as it hit the listings. After a few inspections and further repairs we finally closed on an offer that was way above our expectations. Throughout the repair and escrow phases of the process we talked to Gerri almost daily, dealing with details to keep the process moving. Throughout the process Don and Gerri expertly negotiated the many required COVID pandemic restrictions and guidelines. Don and Gerri regularly kept us up to date, were always pleasant and positive, thorough, professional, and diligent. I couldn’t have been happier with their service to us and highly recommend them.
