We have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to buy and sell a home with Don and Gerri. While I am sure other companies offer the same insights and market research, I would wager that none of them come close to the level of care and support that Don and Gerri does. It's not simply that they check in with you during the process they were there for us years later. If we needed a plumber Don was there, gardener - ask Don! They even were so kind as to send us lunch on the day we moved out simply because they knew moving out of a home is a crazy process. I was familiar with the Don Pelletier group for many years before I sold my home in order to move back to Tampa, Florida. I knew that Don had a good reputation, but he & his staff went far beyond all of my expectations. he listen to ideas that I had about updating a few things before putting the house on the market and indicated what I shouldn’t spend money on, plus suggested a few other things. All I can say is the house sold within a couple of days of putting it on the market. Unfortunately, the original buyers backed out, but as soon as it went back on the market a couple of days later, I had three offers on the table, including the buyers that had backed out.
In addition, Don recommended a realtor to me in Tampa and she did a terrific job of negotiating the home that I purchased here. I couldn’t be happier!
