Our nonprofit transitioned to The Charity CFO over the last 6 months. We were very concerned that an "outside" agency just would not be able to understand all the particulars and quirks of the many funding streams we braid together. TCCFO has come through! Here's what we like:
- Responsive to emails and quick to answer questions. There is A LOT of back and forth as you refine systems during onboarding. They never seem frustrated by the frequent communications as we get the initial set up perfect.
- Cool new integrations. Our whole team is loving the switch to Divvy and Dext for managing receipts.
- In building the "guide" during onboarding, you really clarify processes and budget rules. It's a good process for the agency.
- Our books are closed and spend down reports to us quickly. this allows us us to get our monthly claims out to...
