We relocated from Charlotte to Richmond Hill to be closer to my daughter, grandsons, and son-in-law. My wife has Arthritis and was unable to travel from Charlotte to help look for our new house. Cecilia, my daughter and I looked at several homes. Cecilia knew the area well and what was available in our price range. She found us a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. We are close to grocery stores, restaurants, and most importantly only five minutes from my daughter. My eldest grandson is just a few houses up from ours. My wife loved the house as soon as she walked in the door. There is no way we would have found such a beautiful home in a short amount of time without Cecilia’s help.

Cecilia helped me through the long process of new construction. She knew what to expect, and she was fantastic at keeping me patient when the builders had a few delays. No one knows Richmond Hill real estate better!
